2021-2022 Winter/Spring Varsity and Novice Rowing Program

The 2021-2022 winter/spring season will begin the first week in December 2021 at our indoor training facility (exact date and location to be announced).  Training will transition to the river in the early spring and will conclude on or about May 31st.  The program is open to all students of Moorestown High School and all home-schooled students residing in the Moorestown school district.  This registration is for both returning rowers and athletes that are new to the sport or club.

Cost is $1900 for the program starting in December and running through May.  This is 6 months of six days a week training.  We break the cost down into multiple payments to make it easier for you.  Due to our costs, prompt payments are appreciated.

Students of all abilities are welcome.  All rowers will be evaluated and placed into boats based on their ability and fitness level.  The coaches will attempt to provide as many racing opportunities as possible for the rowers throughout the season.  However, during medal season, racing opportunities may become more limited as the races become more competitive.  Everyone will have an opportunity to earn a spot in their respective division's boat.

MRC has a strict COVID-19 safety policy.  For details on this policy, please refer to the documentation under the "Documents" tab at the top of this website.

MRC does offer partial scholarships to aid people with the cost of rowing.  If you need assistance you must email mrc.commodore@gmail.com and advise of your situation.  As we have funds, we will do our best to help you.  We believe everyone should have an opportunity to row.

If you have questions, please feel free to contact the MRC Board Commodore at mrc.commodore@gmail.com.
